Below is a list of commonly asked
questions in regards to Attaining Creativity's policies. If there

Will my purchase (greeting cards,
prints, originals) look exactly like the photo on your website?
Due to differences in monitor settings, the color you see may
differ slightly from the physical item. However, we take great
effort in making sure that our descriptions and photography are
as accurate as possible.
Do you do art commissions or
wholesale?
Yes, we do commissions and work with wholesale accounts. Contact

What is Attaining Creativity's
privacy policy?
As part of the order process, the following information is collected
from shoppers: name, shipping/billing address, e-mail address,
contact phone number, credit/debit card information. All of Attaining
Creativity credit card transactions are handled by PayPal; therefore
none of your credit information is stored on site.
Attaining Creativity uses the collected
information to process and fill orders and to contact you if
we have questions about your order.
Attaining Creativity offers a free
electronic newsletter. Attaining Creativity gathers the e-mail
addresses of those users who have voluntarily subscribed to the
newsletter. Users may remove themselves from the mailing list
by following the link provided in every newsletter.
Attaining Creativity does not rent,
sell, or share personal information about our users with other
people or companies.
Does Attaining Creativity charge
sales tax?
Any order that is shipped within the state of California will
be charged a sales tax rate of 8.00%.
What is Attaining Creativity's
payment method?
Attaining Creativity accepts any major credit card. Currently,
all of our credit card payments are processed through PayPal.
PayPal is a free and secure method of paying using your credit
card, or even e-checks. You do not even need a PayPal account.
What is Attaining Creativity's
shipping policy?
Attaining Creativity does not ship to P.O. box addresses. Only
street address orders will be accepted.
Orders are generally processed and
shipped within 48-72 hours after they are received. All orders
are shipped by United States Postal Service Priority or First
Class with delivery confirmation.
What is Attaining Creativity's
return policy?
Items must be returned within 5 days of receipt, for a full credit
minus shipping charges. Credits will be processed upon receipt
of return package. For instructions for return packages, please
contact Attaining Creativity at info@attainingcreativity.com.
We will contact you with instructions as to how to return the
merchandise.
Returned orders must be shipped
in their original box or a box of comparable quality. Mailing
pouches, tyvek bags, padded envelopes, or regular mailing envelopes
are not acceptable for shipping returns, as products may arrive
damaged.
We take great care in packaging
your merchandise to ensure that breakage doesn't occur. However,
if breakage or damage has occurred during the shipping process,
please contact us at info@attainingcreativity.com.
We will contact you with instruction as to how to return the
damaged merchandise.
We are unable to accept returns
on any custom orders.
